This Refund Policy applies to all subscription-based SaaS products offered by Vantaso, including but not limited to JobSieve. We want you to be satisfied with our products, and we've designed this policy to be fair and transparent.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
  • Service outages: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) that materially affects your ability to use the product, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or credit.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription fees after the 14-day initial refund period
  • Partial billing periods after cancellation
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases unless otherwise stated
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@vantaso.org with your account email, the product name, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
